Members of Blue Ocean Academy Toastmasters Club are called "BOATMASTERS" who have the mission to spread the good news about Toastmasters as they help each other attain proficiency and excellence in communication and leadership. It is an open club for everyone to develop his/her public speaking and leadership skills.
