About the BTLSLS Program
A leadership program focused on the work itself: setting a task, choosing the right people, briefing clearly, delegating with authority and following through to a finished result. Participants practice task planning, instruction, monitoring and feedback on live work from their own departments. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual for teams, the program leaves supervisors and managers able to lead tasks to completion without constant escalation.
