Mastering the Interview
Mastering the Interview starts with the decision the interviewer is trying to make, then works outward to the preparation that supports it. The course covers the four decisions behind every interview, five- layer research into a target organization, and the six evidence banks that turn real experience into specific, quantified examples. It then treats the opening minutes as a discipline of their own, building a fit-pitch, a present-past-future scaffold and the presence that shapes a first impression.
From there the course works through every round a candidate is likely to face: the HR fit-and- motivation screen, behavioral stories built on STAR and its relatives, technical depth, situational reasoning, case structuring and body language. The final part addresses difficult questions about failure, exits and pay, virtual and asynchronous formats, disciplined preparation with AI tools, and the closing sequence of questions, negotiation and follow-up, ending in a full scored simulation.
