Personal Branding Essentials
Personal Branding Essentials treats your professional reputation as an asset to be built, evidenced and defended. The course begins with what a brand is, how it differs from reputation, and how a documented Brand DNA of strengths, values, personality and ambition becomes a positioning statement. From there it turns positioning into a working LinkedIn profile, a headline that survives a glance, and a story that gives the promise a voice.
Later parts address why this matters in practice. A brand nobody can find is a secret, so participants learn recruiter search logic, keyword families and the completeness that admits a profile to results. They then build the four networks a career draws on, publish content and thought leadership without a senior title, use AI as a co-pilot while keeping authorship, and defend the footprint employers actually see. The capstone assembles five finished deliverables and a ninety-day launch plan.
