About the CCTPSS Program
Teams often solve the wrong problem quickly rather than the right one well. This program builds three linked habits: defining a problem accurately, thinking critically about evidence and assumptions, and generating options beyond the obvious first answer. Participants work on problems from their own department, run structured idea sessions and test solutions before committing. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual for intact teams or mixed groups.
