About the CMCPLS Program
Crisis Management and Contingency Planning prepares engineers and team leaders to respond when normal operations break down. The program covers crisis identification, command structures, decision making under pressure, communication with staff and stakeholders, business continuity and recovery. Participants build and test contingency plans for the scenarios most likely to hit their operation. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, using scenarios drawn from the client's own business.
