About the EBRMCR Program
Risk management works when it is built into normal decision making rather than run as an annual paperwork exercise. This program takes teams through a full risk process aligned with ISO 31000 principles: establishing context, identifying and analyzing risk, evaluating against appetite, selecting treatments and monitoring what changes.
