About the ERMHSE Program
Emergency Response Management builds the planning, leadership and communication capability a site needs when an incident escalates. The program covers scenario based planning, response structures, command roles, resource and logistics control, crisis communication and recovery. Participants work through a live exercise using their own site scenarios and leave with a tested response plan. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual for emergency teams and senior management.
