About the IAIHSE Program
Every incident carries information the organization can use, but only if it is collected consistently. The program builds a common investigation standard across sites: reporting, classification, fact finding, causal analysis, corrective action and trend reporting. Teams learn to grade events, decide the depth of investigation, and analyze accumulated incident data to see where losses repeat. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, using the client's own reporting system and records.
