About the MEISLS Program
Technical ability gets leaders appointed; emotional intelligence decides how long they last. The program builds self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship skills, then applies them to the situations senior leaders actually face: pressure, conflict, difficult feedback and organizational change. Participants work on their own leadership situations.
