About the MGD Certification
Mastering Group Discussions opens up the assessment center and shows how it works from the inside: how competency frameworks decide what is measured, how trained observers turn behavior into scores, and why evidence rather than airtime earns marks. The course then builds the behaviors the group exercise rewards, among them a structured opening, clear critical thinking under time pressure, concise contributions, ethical influence, and leadership earned without a title.
Beyond the group discussion, the program covers the exercises that surround it: business awareness and business cases, the inbox and e-tray challenge, role plays against a trained actor, the presentation challenge, psychometric and situational judgment tests, and digital assessment centers run through a webcam and a shared document. A closing module integrates the whole day, explaining how the panel combines evidence from every exercise into one profile and one decision.
