About the MMLSLS Program
Senior managers are asked to run a function and lead it at the same time. The program covers both sides: planning, organizing, resourcing and control on the management side, and direction, motivation, development and change on the leadership side. Participants apply each area to their own department. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, it gives a management team one operating method and one leadership standard across the organization.
