About the NLDPLS Program
A structured program for newly appointed leaders making the move from doing the work to leading the people who do it. Participants learn how to set direction, delegate, give feedback, handle performance issues and build credibility with a team they may have recently joined or been promoted within. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, the program gives new leaders a working routine they can apply the following week.
