About the SALHSE Program
Laboratory work concentrates chemical, physical and biological hazards into small spaces where people work closely with them. This program covers chemical handling and storage, fume hood and ventilation practice, personal protective equipment, waste segregation, spill response and laboratory emergency planning. Teams assess the hazards in their own laboratory and build controls that fit the work. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, participants leave able to run safer bench work and hold laboratory standards day to day.
