About the MSMC Certification
Every consequential decision begins with clarity. Strategic Management Consulting develops the judgement to move from an unclear concern to a well defined problem, from evidence to insight, and from insight to a recommendation leaders can act on with confidence.
It builds consulting capability across diagnosis, strategy, financial analysis, communication and transformation. The programme runs to 60 learning hours over 30 modules, is benchmarked at UK FHEQ Level 5, and concludes with an assessed certificate and a capstone engagement.
The 30 modules are organised in six parts: Professional Consulting Foundations, Discovery, Diagnosis and Evidence, Structured Problem-Solving Excellence, Strategic and Financial Analysis, Solution Delivery and Transformation, and the Integrated Consulting Capstone.
