About the SPDILS Program
A senior program that takes a leadership team from strategic analysis through to a plan that is actually implemented. Participants assess the external environment and internal capability, set strategic direction, build objectives and initiatives, then design the governance, resourcing and review structure that carries the plan into operations. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, the program leaves the team with a draft strategy and an implementation roadmap.
