About the SPPSLS Program
Public entities are often required to produce a multi year strategic plan on a fixed timetable, with consultation and measurable targets. The program works through the planning cycle step by step: scanning, consultation, priority setting, objective and indicator design, initiative selection and the plan document itself. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, it leaves planning teams able to produce a plan that survives review and guides annual budgets.
