About the 3LEILS Program
Leaders influence in three directions at once: upward to executives, sideways to peers and downward to their teams. The program builds the emotional intelligence behind that influence, covering self regulation, empathy, reading a room and managing relationships without formal authority. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual for the team, participants assess their own emotional intelligence, practice difficult exchanges and leave with a plan for influencing in all three directions.
