About the 5DMMLS Program
An intensive week that gives managers the core of a business education alongside the leadership skills to use it. Across five days participants cover strategy, finance, marketing, operations, people leadership, negotiation and personal effectiveness, then build an improvement plan for their own department. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, the week ends with each participant presenting a costed plan to their leadership.
