About the WPPELS Program
Policies that nobody reads create risk, not control. The program teaches supervisors how to decide what needs a policy, write in plain language, structure a procedure that a new employee can follow, secure approval, publish and version documents, and review them on a schedule. Participants draft and revise a real document from their own department. Delivered in-house at the client's premises or live virtual, teams leave with usable drafts and a working document control routine.
