6th IPSC Welcome note by Mohamed Al Ali

The 6th International Procurement and Supply Chain Conference 2021 by Blue Ocean Conferences has been garnering many praises from all over the supply chain domain, with special appreciation coming in from top government leadership figures like HE Sheikh Nahayan bin Mabarak Al Nahayan. Welcoming everyone to the iconic event, Vice Chairman of Blue Ocean Academy Mr. Mohamed AlAli- expressed his delight at the overwhelming response for 6th IPSC, marked by the presence of 800 Senior professionals inside the giant conference hall at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm. Mr. Ali also pointed out how the UAE continues to be a world leader in Procurement and Supply Chain and thanked the great rulers of the country for their visionary leadership. Reminding that the worst of the pandemic is over, Mr. Mohamed Al Ali said, “The pandemic had substantial negative effects on procurement and supply chain industry. But I must say as human beings we are survivors having alternative plans and today we end up with innovating the future of supply chains through digital and AI. The pandemic has indeed accelerated many preexisting trends, and supply chain is no exception.” Thanking all the distinguished guests and sponsors for making this conference even more bright, Mr. Mohamed’s message ended with urging everyone to take the maximum benefit out of the biggest event of the Middle East’s procurement and supply chain industry.
