Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) in Saudi Arabia: Guides, Costs, Exam and Courses
Read this page in Arabic: اقرأ بالعربية
Here we have collected all our guides on the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) for readers in Saudi Arabia. The CSCP comes from ASCM (formerly APICS) in the USA and covers the end to end supply chain: demand management and forecasting, global networks, sourcing, internal operations and inventory, forward and reverse logistics, supplier relationships, risk, and optimization, sustainability and technology. It is the credential we see most often in job adverts from Saudi manufacturers, distributors and the new logistics zones.
The guides below answer the practical questions: whether you qualify (three years of related business experience, a bachelor's degree, or an active CPIM, CLTD or similar credential), how the 150 question, 3.5 hour exam is scored (200 to 350 scale, pass at 300), what the Learning System and exam bundle costs (roughly the USD 2,000 range depending on membership, so please verify on ascm.org), what certified professionals earn locally, and how to keep the credential current with 75 points every five years.
We run CSCP preparation in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar and live online. If you would rather see the program first, the CSCP course page has the schedule and outline. Either way, pick the guide that fits where you are today.

Who is eligible for the CSCP exam?
ASCM asks for one of the following: three years of related business experience, a bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an active credential such as CPIM, CLTD, CTL, CFPIM, CIRM, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM. Most of our Saudi participants qualify through experience or their degree.
What is the CSCP exam format?
150 questions, of which 130 are scored and 20 are unscored pretest items, in 3.5 hours. Scores are scaled from 200 to 350 and 300 is a pass. You can sit it at Pearson VUE test centers in Riyadh, Jeddah or Al Khobar, or online proctored.
How much does CSCP cost in Saudi Arabia?
ASCM sells the Learning System together with the exam. At the time of writing the bundle sits roughly in the USD 2,000 range, lower with ASCM PLUS membership (about USD 220 a year), and a retake fee applies. Add tuition if you join a prep class. Check ascm.org for current prices before you budget.
How do I keep the CSCP active?
Earn 75 maintenance points every five years through professional development activities such as training, conferences and work projects, or retake the exam. Our renewal guide lists what counts.
