How scheduling works
We do not promise fixed dates on a web page, because Cairo batches are scheduled when there is a confirmed group, and we would rather tell you a real date than a hopeful one. In practice, live sessions are arranged with working professionals in mind, so expect evenings or weekend blocks rather than weekday mornings, and expect the roughly 46 hours of content to be spread over several weeks. Self paced has no schedule; most candidates finish in six to ten weeks of evenings and weekends.
A small tip from our Cairo trainers: pick the format that matches your actual week, not your ideal one. If your boss calls at nine in the evening, self paced or live online beats a classroom you will miss.
What the course includes
Sixteen modules at the time of writing. They start with the office manager's role and administration systems, move through records and document management, business communication and professional writing, customer service and conflict resolution, and meetings and events. The middle of the program is management: leadership for office managers, emotional intelligence and stress management, team performance and delegation, workplace culture, and time and productivity. The final stretch covers project and event coordination, office finance and procurement basics, facilities and vendors with workplace health and safety, office technology and the AI enabled workplace, and ethics and career development.
Knowledge checks and practice assessments run through the program, and the professional assessment at the end is completed through Blue Ocean Academy.
