IATA Training courses are the standard entry route into aviation, and Egypt's sector is busy: new capacity at Cairo International and Sphinx International, EgyptAir and its ground services arm, freight through the Cairo cargo village, tourism recovery in the Red Sea resorts, Luxor and Aswan, and Gulf airline recruitment drives in Cairo. The IATA courses on this hub are delivered by Blue Ocean Academy, an IATA Authorized Training Center based in Dubai, which learners in Egypt join live online.

Entry courses generally need a high school diploma and working English, with no prior aviation experience. At the time of writing, the entry courses cost EGP 51,900 each live online, Airport Ramp Services EGP 54,500, the Travel and Tourism Diploma EGP 59,100 and Ground Operations Management EGP 72,000. Our program fee includes the course, the exam and the certification fee, as the course page states; IATA's own fees in US dollars apply only if you study on your own and pay IATA directly, and exam retakes are separate.

Can I take IATA courses from Egypt?
Yes. The courses are delivered by Blue Ocean Academy, an IATA Authorized Training Center based in Dubai, and learners in Egypt join live online with an instructor. Our Cairo office in New Cairo handles enrolment and advice.
When and how are IATA exams held?
IATA exams run in scheduled sessions, traditionally in March, June, September and December windows, at the training center or through IATA remote supervised exams where available. Most are multiple choice; passing is usually around 60%, with 70% for distinction. Confirm current rules on iata.org/training.
Does the Cabin Crew course get me a job with an airline?
No. It awards an IATA certificate of completion that strengthens your application. EgyptAir, Air Cairo, Nile Air and Gulf carriers hire on their own criteria, including age, medical and language checks at the hiring stage.
How much do IATA courses cost in Egypt?
