The Leadership Shift series, in one paragraph
Nine of the courses above carry a from-to name. Each is built as a single behavioural move, from the habit most managers arrive with to the one the organisation needs: from problem solving to decision intelligence, from managing time to driving productivity, from managing change to leading in uncertainty, from communication to influence, from emotional intelligence to organizational intelligence, from authority to coaching, from goal setting to execution, from digital awareness to AI-driven leadership, with the Fundamentals course as the anchor. If you can name the one move you need to make this year, there is probably a course with that name.
What you receive
A Blue Ocean certificate of completion for each course you finish, with the course title and hours. It evidences that you completed a structured programme; it is not a degree, a diploma or a certification by an external body, and no leadership course in India can honestly promise promotion.
Enrolment in India
Every course is self-paced and starts when you enrol, with 45 to 48 guided hours to work through at your pace. Tuition is shown in Indian rupees on the course pages for visitors in India. Advisors are available in person at our New Delhi, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad and Kochi centres, or by enquiry.
