In what order
Two starting points cover most people who arrive here.
Early in your career. Time Management first, because nothing else sticks while the week is out of control; then Business Writing, because writing is most of what a junior professional is judged on; then Interpersonal Skills. Graduates still preparing for interviews and group discussions should look at the Career Edge courses before any of these.
Newly responsible for people. Leading High-Performance Teams first, then Emotional Intelligence, then Interpersonal Skills for the feedback and difficult-conversation modules. The leadership courses that follow are indexed by career stage in leadership courses in India.
If neither fits, take the single course your situation points to and stop there; one finished course beats three abandoned ones.
Two honest notes
Public speaking. No course here carries that name. Mastering Presentation Skills includes voice, body language, stage presence and nerves, inside the frame of a business presentation. For speech-making or club-style practice, look elsewhere; we will say the same if you ask.
"Communication skills." We split it into three courses because the fixes differ: presenting to a room, writing to a reader and talking to one person. Choose the one that matches your gap rather than buying all three.
What you receive
A Blue Ocean certificate of completion naming the course and its hours. Soft skills are not certified by any external body in India, so no provider can honestly offer a "soft skills certification", and we do not. The examined trainer credential is a different product, explained in train the trainer certification in India.
Enrolment in India
Self-paced, starting when you enrol, with 45 to 47 guided hours to work through at your pace. Tuition is shown in Indian rupees on the course pages for visitors in India. Advisors are available in person at our New Delhi, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad and Kochi centres, or by enquiry.
