Who takes the Green Belt in Cairo and Giza

Three ways to take it with us
Classroom in New Cairo. When a batch is scheduled, we run the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at our office in U Venues, Office 239, Second Floor, Tourism Zone, Fifth Settlement. Small groups, a trainer in the room, and classmates whose processes are as messy as yours. We do not promise fixed dates on this page; batches open when enough learners in Cairo are ready, so ask our advisors what is coming up.
Live online with an instructor. The same program and the same trainers, delivered live over video. This is the format most Cairo professionals choose, because it removes the drive across the Ring Road and fits evenings and weekends. It is priced the same as the classroom format.
Self paced. The six modules online, on your own timetable, at the discounted self paced price. Best for people who already know basic statistics and have the discipline to finish without a timetable.
How the schedule works
The program is 45 hours. Live batches, whether in the room or online, typically spread that over several weeks of evening or weekend sessions, because almost everyone in our Cairo groups works full time. Self paced learners set their own pace; most finish in a few weeks if they study two evenings a week, and the assessment is arranged with our coordinator when they are ready. The exact calendar for each batch is confirmed when you enroll, never guessed on a web page.
What the course includes
- Six modules: Introduction to Lean and Six Sigma, then Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, covering process mapping, basic statistics, measurement system analysis, root cause tools, hypothesis testing basics, control charts and the lean tools (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping and waste elimination).
- The professional assessment at the end of the program, administered through Blue Ocean Academy. How it works in Egypt is explained in our Green Belt exam guide for Egypt.
- The Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credential from the American Certification Institute (ACI) once you pass. The fee includes course, examination and certification.
- Study materials and access to our trainers for questions during the batch.
One thing we add that the syllabus does not list: we ask every Cairo learner to bring one real problem from work on day one and apply each phase to it as we go. The course page does not list a mandatory project, but a Green Belt who can talk about a real baseline and a real improvement is the one Cairo employers hire.
