Tamkeen offers job seekers training, professional certification and wage support. Its National Employment Program 2.0 gives wage support for up to 36 months to Bahraini job seekers and fresh graduates registered with the Ministry of Labour.

What is Tamkeen's plan for 2026 to 2030?
Tamkeen launched its sixth strategic cycle, the 2026 to 2030 strategy, in February 2026, with four priorities and six objectives that include building Bahraini skills, improving labour market access and offering employment incentives.
