The short answer

These four courses are about how HR is practised now: with AI tools in every vendor pitch, with process discipline borrowed from operations, with a generation of employees whose expectations differ from their managers', and with data and automation raising ethical questions HR did not face a decade ago. Each is self-paced, 45 to 47 guided hours, with a Blue Ocean certificate of completion. If you came here for an HR analytics course, read the next section before anything else.

A straight answer for HR analytics searchers

Roughly ten times as many people in India search for an HR analytics course each month as for an AI in HR course, and some of them will land here. We do not offer an HR analytics or people analytics course. None of the four courses on this page teaches statistics, dashboarding tools, SQL, Python or predictive modelling. Mastering AI in HR is adjacent: it covers what AI systems do with HR data, how to judge their output, and how to govern them, which is the user's side of analytics rather than the builder's. If you need to build dashboards and models, look for a data or analytics programme and come back to these courses for the HR context. If you need to lead an HR function that uses analytics and AI without being misled by it, stay.

The four courses

Mastering AI in HR (45 hours)

Foundations of AI in HR and its evolution; the technology landscape and toolset; AI in talent acquisition and recruitment; AI in onboarding, employee support and HR service delivery; AI in learning, development and skills intelligence; AI in performance, engagement and retention; AI in strategic workforce planning and organisation design; responsible AI, ethics, bias and trust; data, privacy and legal compliance in AI-HR systems; and governing the AI-HR stack. For HR professionals who want to adopt AI while keeping human judgement where it belongs. Course page. The recruitment-specific AI course is covered in recruitment and talent acquisition courses in India.

Mastering Lean Human Resources (46 hours)

Lean and Six Sigma origins and their role in modern HR; applying Lean principles to HR operations; the voice of the customer in HR service delivery; mapping and measuring HR processes; identifying and eliminating waste; essential Lean tools for HR workflows; Six Sigma concepts and HR data fundamentals; the DMAIC framework for HR process improvement; defining HR problems and project charters; measuring processes and ensuring data quality; analysing and improving. For HR operations leads and shared-services teams whose onboarding takes three weeks and whose payroll queries never end. Course page.

Mastering Gen Z HR (47 hours)

Who Gen Z is: values, expectations and workplace behaviours; the transformation of HR from personnel to people and culture; high-growth HR career paths for Gen Z; talent acquisition in the social era; employer branding and candidate experience for a digital generation; reimagining learning and development; designing employee experience and culture; wellbeing, mental health and psychological safety; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; and no-code AI tools for HR. Written for young HR professionals and emerging leaders, and useful for the managers who struggle to retain them. Course page.

Mastering Ethics in HR (46 hours, Foundation level)

The business case for ethics in HR; ethical frameworks; professional standards and codes; decision-making models; HR as the ethical gatekeeper; mitigating bias and discrimination in recruitment; the ethics of AI and algorithmic bias in hiring, with a CV-filtering discrimination case; fairness in compensation and rewards; ethical performance management; an ethical workplace culture; and ethical employee relations and discipline. For every HR professional, and for the HR team about to deploy its first automated screening tool. Course page.

How they combine

AI in HR and Ethics in HR belong together: the first teaches what the tools do, the second what you owe the people they are used on. Lean HR is the operations layer underneath both; there is no point automating a broken process. Gen Z HR is the audience layer: the people most affected by all of the above are the youngest employees. An HR team modernising seriously takes Lean first, then AI with Ethics, then Gen Z for the culture work.

Who should take which

  • HR operations and shared services: Lean Human Resources, then AI in HR.
  • HR business partners and generalists: AI in HR and Ethics in HR; see also HR business partner and strategic HR courses.
  • Young HR professionals: Gen Z HR, then whichever of the others their role needs.
  • Anyone deploying automated hiring or performance tools: Ethics in HR before switching it on.
  • Anyone who wants to build models: not these; see the analytics section.
