The short answer
If you want the skills of business partnering (speaking finance, workforce planning, analytics, influencing leaders), take the Strategic HRBP programme; if you already partner and want to operate at enterprise level, Strategic HR. If you want a senior credential employers recognise, that is SPHRi if you meet HRCI's years-and-degree rule, or the ACI CHRM. There is no issuer-awarded "HRBP certification" here or from HRCI; anyone selling you one should be asked who awards it.
What an HRBP actually does
The HR business partner model splits HR into shared services (operations and transactions), centres of expertise (rewards, L&D, talent), and business partners who sit with a business unit's leadership and translate business plans into people decisions. In Indian companies that have adopted the model, the HRBP owns workforce planning for the unit, advises on organisation design and performance, leads talent and succession conversations, reads the people data and brings it to the leadership table, and manages change. Where the model has not been adopted, the HR manager does all of this under another title. Either way, the capability gap is usually commercial and analytical rather than HR-technical, which is what the programmes below are built for.
"Is there an HRBP certification?"
Not from an issuing body in our catalogue. HRCI's credentials are aPHRi, PHRi, SPHRi and GPHR; ACI's are CHRMP, CHRM, CHRC and CIRS. None is called "HRBP". Our Strategic Human Resources Business Partner course is a Blue Ocean Academy programme and awards a certificate of completion for the programme, which we say plainly. The credential that senior HRBPs most often hold is SPHRi, because its functional areas (leadership and strategy, talent management, total rewards, HR information management) are the HRBP's territory. If a provider advertises an "HRBP certification", ask which body awards it and look that body up.

The two senior credentials
SPHRi (HRCI)
HRCI's senior international credential. Eligibility: at least four years in a professional-level HR role with a master's degree or global equivalent, five years with a bachelor's or global equivalent, or seven years without a degree, and "the SPHRi requires documented knowledge of local employment laws". The exam is 115 scored and 25 pretest questions in 2 hours 45 minutes at a Pearson VUE test centre or via OnVUE; HRCI charges a $495 exam fee and a $100 application fee; the credential is valid for three years and kept with 60 recertification credits (45 HR and 15 Business) or a retake. Our preparation course covers the four functional areas: leadership and strategy; HR information management, safety and security; talent management; total rewards. Course page; the full HRCI comparison is in HRCI certification in India.
Certified Human Resource Manager (ACI)
Seven modules: strategic HR implementation, organisation design, HR operations and automation, HR in a global context, organisational development, HR budgets and audits, HR and process excellence. An applied programme with an examined designation, for HR managers who lead the function and prefer a structured programme to a standalone exam. Course page; detail in CHRMP and CHRM certification in India.
