The short answer
Start with ESG Fundamentals if the subject is new to you or your team, then take the course for the task you have been given: a strategy, a risk register, a net zero plan, a climate disclosure, a green finance mandate, a supplier programme or a circularity project. Each is a self-paced programme with a Blue Ocean certificate of completion. None is an external ESG certification, and the next section explains why that matters when you compare providers.
"ESG certification": the honest answer
People search for ESG certification and find a market of certificates from standard-setters, professional institutes and training platforms, of very different standing. Ours are certificates of completion for structured programmes: they evidence that you studied and completed the course, not that a standards body or institute examined you. If an employer or client requires a specific external ESG credential, you need that body's own programme, and no provider's certificate substitutes for it. What our programmes give you is the working capability the credential presumes you have.
Start here
Mastering ESG Fundamentals gives a clear working understanding of environmental, social and governance factors, why they now shape capital allocation and regulation, and how organisations respond. In India the regulatory driver most teams meet first is SEBI's Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting requirement for large listed companies, which has pushed ESG data collection down into suppliers and subsidiaries that never reported before; the Fundamentals course is written for the people now asked to produce that data.
Strategy and risk
Mastering ESG Strategy and Implementation takes an organisation beyond compliance to a programme that is planned, resourced, governed and defensible to the board: baselining, materiality, targets and reporting. Mastering ESG Risk Management treats environmental, social and governance exposures as financial risks managed inside the enterprise risk framework, with identification across the business and integration into existing risk processes. Mastering Corporate Sustainability is the leadership course: connecting purpose, operations, people and disclosure into one coherent agenda, for the person who owns all of it. The governance side continues in compliance and risk management courses in India.
Climate and net zero
Mastering Net Zero Strategy builds a corporate decarbonisation plan that stands up to investors, regulators and auditors: carbon footprinting under the GHG Protocol across Scope 1, 2 and 3, target setting, delivery and assurance. Mastering Climate Change and Business Risk translates climate science into financial exposure: physical and transition risk, assessment methods, governance and the disclosures that follow.
Finance
Mastering Green Finance is for banking, investment and treasury professionals directing capital toward the low-carbon transition: ESG integration across asset classes, green and sustainability-linked instruments, standards and disclosures. Finance professionals building the base first should see finance courses in India.
Supply chain and circularity
Mastering Sustainable Procurement and Supply Chain Management embeds ESG requirements into sourcing decisions and supplier relationships: supply chain mapping, supplier assessment and development, and the procurement process itself; it is the course for the "sustainable procurement" searcher and for procurement teams whose customers now audit them. Mastering Regenerative Supply Chain goes further, toward value chains that restore ecosystems and communities rather than merely sustain them. Mastering Circular Economy moves a business away from take-make-waste toward models that keep products and materials circulating at their highest value. The procurement profession's own routes are on procurement courses in India.
What you receive
A Blue Ocean certificate of completion for each course, with the title and hours. Not an external ESG certification, a GHG Protocol accreditation or a standards-body credential.
