This role plays a pivotal role in actively acquiring new clients and understanding their specific training needs. They are expected to hold healthy conversations with the Saudi nationals and understand what their actual requirements are. They are responsible for providing ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Generate leads through various ways such as cold calling, networking and attending industry events
- Learn details about the courses and services offered
- Effectively address any questions or issues customers may arise
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on client requirements and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Ability to engage customers in a conversation.
- Ability to handle different types of enquiries from customers related to the company’s products.
- Efficiency in implementing effective sales strategies, including identifying key markets, segments, and tactics to penetrate them.
