For over 70 years, SHRM has served the human resource profession and strived to advance the practice of human resource management. In continued support of this effort, SHRM developed two behavioral competency-based certifications: the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) for early- to mid-career professionals and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) for senior-level practitioners. SHRM regards the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP as the global standard in certification for the HR profession.

Our Programs

SHRM CP

The SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is specifically designed for HR professionals who are responsible for the administrative tasks in their organizations. It is suitable for the early-to-mid career HR professionals who deal with tasks like policy implementation and employee relations.

SHRM SCP

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is designed for the senior HR professionals who deal with the strategic matters in their organizations. The strategic tasks include developing an HR strategy to meet the organizational goals and management of HR professionals.

SHRM Advanced/Masters Certificate in HR Management

SHRM Advanced Certificate in HR Management aims to educate the HR practitioners who are at the early stages of their career or those who don’t have any formal education in the field. It is also a globally recognized certification developed by the SHRM BoCK.

SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK)

The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications are built upon the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK) which is more than an exam outline. It defines the standards for knowledge, strategies and competencies required for effective HR professionals around the world. SHRM has brought together some of the best minds in the HR profession to define eight behavioral competencies and 15 functional areas that every HR professional should know.
