CHRP Course in Cairo
Read this guide in Arabic: اقرأ بالعربية
Greater Cairo is where most of our Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) learners in Egypt come from. The head offices are here, the shared service centers are here, and the HR teams that set hiring standards for the rest of the country sit between Smart Village, Maadi, Heliopolis and the Fifth Settlement. This page is for anyone in Cairo or Giza thinking about the course: who takes it, how we run it, what it includes, what it costs in EGP and how to reach us.
Who takes CHRP in Cairo and Giza
Our Cairo batches are mixed in a useful way. HR officers from banks and insurance companies in Downtown and Garden City who want the full HR map, not just the recruitment or payroll piece they handle. HR generalists from multinationals in New Cairo and 6th of October City who need a credential on their profile before the next internal move. Admin and payroll staff from contractors and developers who have been doing HR without the title. Fresh graduates from Cairo University, Ain Shams, AUC and GUC who want a practical credential before they attempt an HRCI exam later. And plant HR staff from Giza and the 6th of October industrial area who have never had formal training.
If you are not sure CHRP is your level, our eligibility guide for Egypt explains who it is built for and when CHRM is the better choice.
Formats we offer in Cairo
The Certified Human Resource Management Professional program, as it is listed on our course page, is certified by the American Certification Institute (ACI) and runs to roughly 47 hours of instruction across 18 modules at the time of writing. In Cairo you can take it three ways.
- Classroom at our New Cairo office. We run classroom batches at U Venues in the Tourism Zone of the Fifth Settlement when a batch is scheduled. It suits people who want the discussion, the case work with other HR people and a fixed timetable to protect their study time.
- Live online with an instructor. The same trainer, the same material, delivered in real time over video. This is the most common choice for people in Giza, 6th of October City and Shubra who do not want to cross the city in traffic after work.
- Self paced. The course page lists a self paced price for Egypt. You study the modules on your own schedule and take the knowledge checks as you go. Confirm current availability with an advisor before you plan around it.
How scheduling works
We do not publish fixed dates in an article, because batches are scheduled on demand and change. The logic is steady, though. Live online and classroom batches in Cairo usually run in the evening or at the weekend so working HR staff can attend, and the 47 hours are spread over several weeks rather than a few long days. Ramadan and the summer holidays shift timetables. When you enquire, the advisor gives you the next scheduled start, session days and end date so you can clear them with your manager before you pay.
What the course includes
The 18 modules follow the HR function from strategy to the shop floor: the strategic role of HR and alignment with business strategy, HR metrics and analytics, employment law and compliance, job analysis and design, workforce planning and talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, learning and development, career development and succession, performance management, engagement and retention, compensation and pay plans, benefits and total rewards, employee and labor relations, workplace health and safety, HR technology and AI, and diversity and the HR business partner model.
The fee covers the course, the assessment and the certification. Learning materials, knowledge checks and practice assessments are part of the program, and the professional assessment is taken at the end through Blue Ocean Academy. There is no external exam center to book.
Our trainers in Cairo tie the material to Egyptian reality: the labor law changes that took effect in 2025, the way shared service centers in New Cairo write HR policies for several countries at once, and how a plant in the 10th of Ramadan zone handles workforce planning differently from a bank in Garden City.
Cairo employers that value it
In our experience the credential carries the most weight with HR teams at multinationals and shared service centers in New Cairo, Smart Village and Maadi; banks including CIB, NBE and Banque Misr; telecom operators; EgyptAir and the wider Cairo Airport ecosystem; pharma and FMCG plants in 6th of October City; and the large groups such as Orascom, Elsewedy, Hassan Allam and Talaat Moustafa whose HR departments run sites across the country. The New Administrative Capital adds a layer: organizations moving offices there need HR staff who can manage transfers and new contracts.
Many of these employers sponsor the course. Ask us for an EGP quotation and course outline addressed to your company; most learning and development teams in Cairo will need both. The cost article explains how sponsorship usually works.
How to enroll and pay in EGP
At the time of writing the Egypt price shown on our course page is EGP 35,699 for self paced study (standard EGP 45,899, currently discounted) and EGP 45,900 for live online or classroom. You pay in EGP, online or through our Cairo office, and the price you see as a visitor from Egypt is the price you pay. The steps are simple: enquire, confirm the format and the next scheduled batch with an advisor, share a copy of your national ID or passport so your certificate name is correct, pay the fee and receive your learning access.
