The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a practical, all inclusive HR certification program delivered by Blue Ocean Academy. It is built for HR officers and generalists, recruiters, payroll and admin staff moving into HR, and fresh graduates in Egypt who want a recognised credential and working skills before they commit to an international exam such as the HRCI PHRi. CHRP sits alongside the Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) and the Certified Human Resource Management Consultant (CHRC) as a three step ladder.
