Do Kuwait's public tender rules matter for CIPP?

Kuwait regulates government procurement through Public Tenders Law No. 49 of 2016. The Central Agency for Public Tenders awards contracts and invites companies to prequalify, according to the US International Trade Administration.

When your company bids on public tenders, keep the law open beside your course material. CIPP is an international certification, and the tender law is your local rulebook.
