Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) in Egypt: Guides, Costs, Exam and Courses
Read this page in Arabic: اقرأ بالعربية
The Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) credential from ASCM, formerly APICS, is written for the people who keep Egyptian factories and distribution networks running: demand planners, production schedulers, inventory controllers, master schedulers and sales and operations planning analysts. Pharma, FMCG, steel, cables and automotive assembly plants across Greater Cairo and the industrial cities all rely on these skills, and CPIM is the recognised way to prove them.
This hub brings together our Egypt guides on CPIM eligibility, what it costs in EGP, the exam format and how to book it, what certified planners earn, whether the return justifies the effort, and how to study with us in Cairo. CPIM version 8.0 is a single exam of 150 questions over 3.5 hours, scored on a 200 to 350 scale with 300 to pass, delivered through Pearson VUE at a test center or online. There is no formal eligibility requirement, although some planning experience helps. At the time of writing, our live online or classroom CPIM program costs EGP 168,600.

CPIM 8.0 is a single exam of 150 questions in 3.5 hours. Scores run from 200 to 350 and you need 300 to pass. You can sit it at a Pearson VUE center in Cairo or online with a proctor.
How much does CPIM cost in Egypt?
At the time of writing, our live online or classroom CPIM program is EGP 168,600, and the fee includes the course, the exam and the certification fee, as the course page states.
