Our Cairo office sits in the Tourism Zone of the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, which turns out to be a convenient place to run a supply chain program. Half of our CSCP candidates work within a 20 minute drive, at the regional offices, banks and shared service centers that have moved east of the ring road. The other half join us live online from Giza, 6th of October City, Alexandria and the Suez Canal zone. Who takes CSCP in Cairo
The typical candidate in our New Cairo classroom is a planner, buyer or logistics specialist with three to ten years of experience. They come from FMCG and pharma plants in 6th of October City and 10th of Ramadan, from bank procurement teams at CIB, NBE and Banque Misr, from contractors serving the New Administrative Capital, from telecoms, and from the regional supply chain teams of multinationals in Smart Village, Maadi and New Cairo. A growing number work for logistics operators tied to Ain Sokhna and East Port Said and want the end to end view their plant roles do not give them.
Two smaller groups are worth mentioning. Engineers and accountants moving sideways into supply chain, who value the structured syllabus. And professionals preparing a Gulf move, who want the credential on the CV before they start applying.
Formats we offer in Egypt
Classroom in New Cairo. When a batch is scheduled, we run instructor led sessions at our office in the Fifth Settlement, usually on weekends or weekday evenings to suit working professionals. We do not promise fixed dates on this page; batch timing depends on enrollment, so ask the advisor what is open.
Live online with an instructor. The same program, delivered over video with a live trainer, recordings for revision and the same study materials. This is the format most of our candidates outside New Cairo choose, and it is identical in price.
Self paced. CSCP is not available self paced with us, and we would not recommend it for this exam. If you want a self paced supply chain program, our Supply Chain Management Fundamentals is free of charge at the time of writing, and Mastering Strategic Supply Chain Management is available self paced at EGP 30,599.
What the course covers and includes
The program follows the eight ASCM CSCP modules: supply chains, demand management and forecasting; global supply chain networks; sourcing products and services; internal operations and inventory; forward and reverse logistics; supply chain relationships; supply chain risk; and optimization, sustainability and technology. Our trainers in Cairo add local examples, from import cycles and customs clearance at Alexandria and Port Said to planning around Egyptian pound volatility and dual sourcing for plants in the Suez Canal zone.
The Certified Supply Chain Professional program is priced at EGP 185,500 for live online or classroom in Egypt at the time of writing, which is the price the course page shows to visitors from Egypt. Our fee includes the course, the exam and the certification fee, as the course page states, so you do not buy the CSCP exam from ASCM on top of it. ASCM membership is optional. The exam is paid for within our fee, but you sit it through Pearson VUE, either at an authorized center in Greater Cairo or online. Our CSCP exam in Egypt article covers that process.
Schedule logic and study rhythm
A batch typically runs over 8 to 12 weeks, with the instructor working through roughly one module a week and leaving the final weeks for timed practice. We advise candidates to book their Pearson VUE seat two to four weeks after the last session, while the material is fresh. If your work calendar includes Ramadan, a year end close or a plant shutdown, tell the advisor so we can place you in a batch that ends before it.

- Pay in Egyptian pounds against a local invoice, which is what most Cairo employers need for sponsorship approval. Ask the advisor which payment methods are available for Egypt.
- Receive your onboarding, materials access and the ASCM registration steps for the exam your fee covers.

Can I join from Alexandria or the Suez Canal zone?
Yes, through the live online format, which is the same program at the same price with a live instructor and recordings. Many of our candidates in Alexandria, Ain Sokhna and Port Said do exactly that and then travel to Cairo or test online for the exam.
Is the exam held at Blue Ocean's Cairo office?
No. The CSCP exam is delivered only through Pearson VUE, at an authorized test center or online. We administer the exams for IPSCMI and ACI programs ourselves, but ASCM exams are always booked through Pearson VUE.
