Also it has been a great tool to add expertise into your skills and credentials.Such workshops are suggested to happen more in near future with diversified subjects on shipping as whole.Suggestion: More Q&A sessions in an interactive way and small group discussion on random cases or scenarios from topic would be great to add.Overall it has been very positive and of great value.read more

My consultant is Ms. POONAM who is very cheering and responsive to everything that you need. She never ignored me and still keep on updating and checking me even after I enrolled, she always make sure that I have all the things/tools that I will be needing in the class. She always fix my schedules whenever I have things to do and letting me know about my classes. Our instructor, Mr.Tousiff who is a very professional tutor/mentor/professor. An intelligent and patient trainer. He always fills our minds and soul with his knowledge and experience. He never hesitate to answer all our confusions/questions in the class and makes sure that we really understand everything. He never made the class boring, and making it always entertaining. He is very supportive and always giving us words of wisdom, keeping us always motivated and never let us down, which we really appreciate.The receptionist and the guy from the pantry who always greet you every morning or anytime with a smile making us very welcome everytime we come. The facility and building itself is clean. The reception is good. The classrooms are well equipped, it's not noisy or smelly. The pantry has always enough stocks of coffee and bread. And take not it's all free. You have lots of choices whether coffee or tea or chocolate. They will supply you with materials you need such us pens, markers, papers, notepad and booklet. I can say that I have no regrets for enrolling in Blue Ocean Academy. It's the best Academy in the Heart of Dubai, worth your money and very professional management and staffs.
