Who takes HR courses in Egypt

HRCI, ACI or a short course: how to choose
- HRCI certifications are the most recognised HR credentials among multinationals in Egypt and across the Gulf. The Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi) is the standard choice for HR professionals with a few years of experience and is listed at EGP 56,200 live online at the time of writing; aPHRi suits those starting out, SPHRi suits senior managers, and GPHR suits people handling HR across several countries. We prepare you for the exam, which you book with HRCI and sit through Pearson VUE.
- ACI certifications are faster and more affordable, with the exam administered through Blue Ocean Academy. The Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP) is listed at EGP 35,699 self paced and EGP 45,900 live online, with manager, consultant and recruitment specialist versions for more senior roles.
- Short self paced courses target one skill. Mastering AI in HR at EGP 30,599 is the most requested this year, and Human Resource Management Fundamentals is free at the time of writing for anyone new to the function.
If your employer is a multinational or you plan to work in the Gulf, PHRi is worth the extra investment. If you need a credential within a few months for a promotion inside Egypt, CHRP gets you there sooner. Many of our learners do CHRP first and PHRi a year later.
Formats and pricing in EGP
Self paced courses are recorded and start the day you enrol, with the access period shown on the course page. Live online programs run with an instructor over video, usually in the evening or at the weekend on Cairo time, with recordings available. Classroom batches run at our New Cairo office in the Fifth Settlement when enough learners register for the same program.
Prices on the course pages are in EGP for visitors from Egypt and reflect any discount applied at the time of writing. The course page states what the fee includes. For ACI programs the exam is administered through us; for HRCI certifications the fee includes the course, the exam and the certification fee, as the course page states, and HRCI's own fees in US dollars apply only if you study on your own and pay HRCI directly. Retakes and recertification are separate. Prices can change, so confirm the current EGP price before you budget.
Employer sponsorship is common. Banks, multinationals and large Egyptian groups usually fund PHRi and SPHRi for their HR teams, and we issue quotations and tax invoices in EGP addressed to the employer. If you are making the case to your HR director, the strongest argument is usually the labour law and compensation content you will apply immediately.
Careers and salaries in Egypt
The ranges below reflect what job postings in Egypt typically show at the time of writing and vary by sector and company size. HR generalist, recruiter and personnel officer roles in Cairo are commonly advertised at EGP 10,000 to 20,000 per month. HR business partners, compensation specialists and senior recruiters with three to six years of experience generally see EGP 25,000 to 45,000. HR managers at multinationals, banks and large local groups are often in the range of EGP 45,000 to 85,000, and HR directors can exceed EGP 100,000. Office managers and executive assistants in Cairo head offices are commonly advertised at EGP 15,000 to 35,000, with multinationals at the top of the range.
PHRi and SPHRi are regularly requested in Gulf HR job postings, and many Egyptian HR professionals use them to move into regional roles.
